Breast Secrets All Woman Should Know

Hello ladies, Tia, here to talk to you about your breasts and basically what you can do to help them grow, as well as make them look good. I have been seeing on both CDH and TGH sites comments about breast growth; it seems this subject never gets old.

Let’s touch on the basics for a minute.

First off, your breasts are actually part of the skin on your chest nestled between the inner membrane and lower skin and grow within it following the chest muscle line. They are sensitive, easily damaged, and develop differently from our CIS female counterparts because the growth follows the chest muscle line. The posted picture depicts this difference. The female chest muscle is teardrop-shaped, beginning at the sternum, following along the bottom membrane separator (chest muscle), and stopping at the inner armpit area.

En Femme Style

A male’s chest muscle is shaped like a checkmark beginning out similarly to a female’s and following around the bottom but continuing almost straight all the way to the outer armpit, affording the male a much larger muscle. But if that isn’t enough, our nipple/areola position is what’s really different from a female. Theirs are almost two inches higher than a male, as you can see in the picture. It allows females to accumulate and grow much bigger breast lobules under the Areola/nipple, therefore allowing their telltale pouch to form as cellulite/fat fills the void much easier.

Gravity and motion stretch more skin area than less and is the main reason we have difficulties growing breasts to mimic a female’s. Males tend to grow tubular and flat on the bottom for just this reason. In all of my research, I have found that the breast itself inside is not entirely responsible for its shape, but within the skin, it resides in. If you lay down, the tissue relaxes, spreads out, and takes the shape of the chest. I took this info into consideration when mine were growing and found a lot of truth to this as I will touch on later what I did about it.

The basis for this growth is what most of you don’t want to hear. You’re growing two organs to a larger size, and this means nutrition and exercise ladies. Also, estrogen receptors are some of the smallest in the human body because estrogen is such a tiny molecule; it doesn’t take much to plug them up. Nicotine, alcohol, and caffeine are the big three that do this well, so stop or at least slow the intake of these. Your mothers’, sisters’, and/or your grandmother’s size mean absolutely nothing and is medically/scientifically proven to have no bearing on what your body can/will grow. You get what you get, so please keep this in mind.

So, you want the process to speed up? You have options and most depend on one of two things: money or time. I assume more will wish to try the less expensive “TIME” method of growing them. Let’s start there. Please research any products, processes, or procedures claiming to enhance or grow your breasts. Also, keep researching even after you have started or completed any of them for troubles or shortcuts in your decision. In my research into many of these breast growth products, it’s important to pay attention to the wording, (enlarge and enhance.) A full stomach can enhance your breasts and so can lie on your tummy for a half-hour by pushing the fluid inside of your torso upwards until you get up. The word enlarge creates the misconception of result and lures you into the worthless product, whereas you’ll see the words enhance, grow, and enlarge repeatedly. In all the oils, creams, and online concoctions I researched (and tried) not one was worth the ink on the label.

Girls are gaining weight on purpose, to enlarge their breasts, even as most are aware that it’s dangerous and unhealthy. They’re going to lose them when they lose the weight. Personally, I gained because of estradiol and some bad eating. Nothing was more depressing than to see my double D’s shrink as my body lost the excess estrogen-fueled weight gain.

Another is the supplement called Pueraria Mirifica, a ground-up root from a bush that grows only in Thailand. For centuries, CIS females there have used it to thwart off the menopausal symptoms/ailments that women experience late in life. It is considered a phytoestrogen and works in conjunction with all four of the estrogens in a female’s body, tricking the endocrine system that it has enough estrogen and suppressing the symptoms. The first red flag for us M2F’s, when it does this it also closes the estrogen receptors in the process, therefore, rendering your daily dose of estradiol useless if you use it with HRT, and bad things happen because M2Fs don’t have the other three estrogens in their endocrine system. In CIS females, it also moves fat around to hips, buttocks, and breasts. But in males, it triggers an unbelievable weight gain in our lower abdomen region. This weight gain enhances our breasts but doesn’t grow them. With all the research, I have found that this supplement’s study was done on CIS females and by the distributor, Go figure ladies!

Growth hormones seem to be all the rage online. I inquired to both my endocrinologist and G/P as to their abilities. Both of them stated that both male and female growth supplements rely on a placebo effect. In the directions of usage, they are to be taken before you work out and probably depend on the exercise to do most of the change. My G/P Dr. said they possess the ability to weaken the cardio-vascular systems in older humans. My Endo also commented on them utilizing only what growth hormones we have left from adolescence and do not contain any testosterone or Natural Human growth hormones. There are no studies or research worth mentioning. Any research available is actually involved in the product’s advertising.

Pills, creams, oils, magnetic bras, and even Hematite/stone bracelets are all marketed to us as assisting with breast growth. I found a good multivitamin without iron along with exercise is scientifically and medically an assist to us. If some of you want to try the method of prenatal vitamins. I compared them to multivitamins and there’s nothing in prenatal vitamins that can help any human that isn’t expecting a child. I am told the side-effects for those ingesting them (and not expecting a child) are nauseousness, vomiting, and diarrhea, to mention a few.

I tried the Vacuum procedure to grow them but please be careful. Here lies a disciplinary conundrum as we all want to grow our breasts fast and for most of us, the bigger the better. We deem it okay to use more vacuum to get a quicker result. Remember, a perfect vacuum is 30 inches. The maximum inches of vacuum in this procedure is 5 inches for an hour, 2-3 times a day. A person must realize the goal is to loosen the internal tissue to allow the lobules to expand easier. The lobules won’t get any larger than your internal gene pool says they will. If we used a higher vacuum, it can and often will damage the breast lobules which you’re trying to grow by stretching them as well as muscle tissue underneath, forming a funnel of sorts being distorted into a funnel shape.

I have seen results from over-doing it, leaving the breasts pointing downward at the ground as it stretches the skin above the nipple easier/more, due to there being more skin to stretch above the nipple/areola than under it. I stayed within the 5 inch/vacuum parameter but positioned the vacuum globe lower to assist the skin under the nipple/areola area more to allow a normal breast pouch to develop. Within 2 years, I saw very little change until my breast began to develop after my orchiectomy. The change in shape was only then significant. It is a very slow process and must be monitored constantly throughout the hour of treatment.

Some electronics manufacturers are targeting M2Fs by marketing the electrical muscle stimulator unit. A slightly different aspect of the T.E.N.S. unit is called an E.M.S. What this does is to grow the muscle under the breast tissue. I cannot stress this enough as to its inability to grow breasts. I know this because I own both for my back and leg sciatica thanks to the VA. But please google “bodybuilders that took steroids and suddenly stopped”. It results in the most unnatural appearing breast shape. If you detoured down this dead-end road without steroids, it would take half a decade to realize you made this mistake. Double negative going on here.

Finally, there is one procedure that I mentioned in the vacuum enlargement process and sometimes suggested by Endocrinologists to allow your body to shift into overdrive to speed up the change itself (if you have the insurance.) It’s called an Oriectomy and is simply the removal of your testicles, which not only takes the Spironolactone (testosterone blocker) out of the equation but allows the estradiol to be more effective and the need for less of it, too. Let’s face it, girls, if you’re going all the way with GRS, they’re coming off anyway at some point or another. As the surgeon sews up the site, they can do so in a manner as to assist your GRS surgeon to create/provide a descent Labia Minora as well. I am positive mine grew faster when I had my removal done while having GRS as I waited. I will go on record; If I could do it all over, I would’ve gotten the Orchiectomy much sooner just to eliminate the use of Spironolactone. The faster breast growth was the “icing on the cake!” Please research and consult your G/P or endocrinologist. Age, race, medical history, and vices are contributing factors that only your doctors can help you in making the best decision for your development if you choose to go down this road.

In consideration of the money aspects with augmentation, there are some pros and cons with this procedure for M2Fs. What do you wish them to appear as? Projecting out like porn stars, or a more settled look with a lower pouch, which is considered by the masses (and your mother) as normal looking. If projection is your endgame, the sky’s the limit. Some three-stage projected implantation procedures can cost as much as $18.000-$22,000 as some use both silicone and saline within them.

The settled type is cheaper but has a slight drawback if you’re wanting them big right away. It’s a safe bet you may receive some bad news from your surgeon as to the size your body will allow. Remember, at the beginning of the article where I stated our nipple/areola is lower to the bottom of our chest than a female. That means our bodies can only receive implants of size to allow them to settle properly into their respective pockets (# 400-500cc on average) and since gravity makes this settling happen, there isn’t enough skin under the Nipple/Areola to stretch and form the settled pocket we associate with female breasts if you go larger. The upper skin will stretch first and an undesirable result of the breast pointing down will occur. You need to allow this settling to occur fully and then choose for larger implants at a later time.

There are also many types of implants: silicone, saline, both silicone and saline, Glycerin/Saline, and now the Gummy implants. Of these, the saline is the only ones that have multiple places of implantation as they’re rolled up, placed behind the breast, and then filled. Someone must implant fully the other options under the breast, which normally leaves a scar. You can also choose to have them placed on top of or under/submuscular chest muscle for a distinct look as well. All of this your Dr. will discuss with you during your consultation for an optimum result.

There is a more natural procedure if you’re against having bags full of foreign substances implanted. The procedure removes your excess fat. The surgeon treats it with heat in a way that it is reintroduced into the chest cavity under the areola. This process has been done for years in the Glutinous Maximus and is called a Brazilian Butt job. But for breasts, they pioneered it to assist women who underwent mastectomies from cancer in the last decade. Today’s women are having this procedure done to perk up their existing breasts from years of gravity’s unrelenting pull downwards. It’s much cheaper and safer than surgery because the Dr. uses cellulite from your body. The liposuction technique is of the old style and post-procedure discomfort is common. Also, there is a limit to how much cellulite can be placed into the cavity of an M2F. This is due to not having previous breasts and the skin not being stretched yet like a female’s.

The last option I will present is called the “string” method. Polypropylene breast implants (or ‘string implants’) were only briefly available in the US before being removed from the market by the FDA in 2001. The thing about string implants that made them ‘interesting’ was that after implantation, the polypropylene would absorb water and its structure caused irritation within the pocket, resulting in the body creating a serum that continually fills the pocket.

Effectively, string implants meant that after surgery, the breast would continue to grow. The only method of countering the growth was in continually removing the serum, effectively ‘draining’ the breast to keep it from growing to a ridiculous size. Some women have allowed their breasts to balloon to 21,000 cc’s. A normal breast is approx. 400-700 cc’s. According to Quora, researchers are still working with this process for other medical possibilities. Other countries still implant them as there really isn’t any health reason for them to be illegal in any country, even the US.

Silicone is dangerous if leakage occurs, but looks and feels much more natural. The saline has been noted to be safe. Saline glycerides are new and safe and are close to silicone in looks and feel as they have a baffle inside of them. The gummies are self-explanatory, they’re cured silicone and can’t leak but are too new. New almost always means expensive when it comes to cosmetic surgery. It took 5-6 decades for an average implant process to come down to the almost affordable price it is now.

This article is long, but I wanted to provide you with the information I feel you require in order to do your own research. Much of this is my opinion, but I cannot stress enough that your Dr. is the one to seek more information from. Please consult your physician or cosmetic surgeon for a consultation and a much safer and healthier path to success.

Thank you so much dear Tia for this wealth of information. It feels very encouraging knowing what’s out there stimulating breast growth and seeing your breasts gaining volume and shape is just wonderful 🙂 I am also intrigued by the Ideal Implant but would love to first see what I can achieve by keeping using natural products as described by you.

Thankz 4 your kind words Hun. The ideal implant having baffle’s in it to solve the (swoosh) problem in saline implants also incorporates a glycerin solution which is as safe as saline but is thick and moves like silicone. Make no mistake Hun, they are expensive.. Almost twice as expensive as silicone implants but they are receiving rave reviews. I grew mine naturally and am lucky to have been gifted with a set of D’s (so far).. Please enjoy your journey and feel free to PM me or catch me in chat for any other info. Huggz Tia

That’s wonderful Tia 🙂 Growing my own breasts naturally to a B or even C cup would be a dream come true, and I realize just as how important it is to follow through with the right combination of HRT, nutrition, daily body care, life style attitude and surgery. Thanks so much my dear for showing us how to progress transitioning with confidence.

After some thought Tia I thought I would add my own findings. This is what has happened to me, so this is fact.
I started taking Pueraria Mirifica 1000mg a day(max recommended) at the same time as I started oestrogen. The main reason being I couldn’t get a T blocker and PM is an anti androgen (recently changed to Finasteride, Spiro isn’t common in the uk). Incidentally after a year my T level was 1.2, pretty low (average male 9-28)
Here’s the thing, I have a full ‘B’ cup bust after a year. So, either the PM did it or Oestrogen is not blocked by PM…there is no other answer….I can’t argue with my bra.
As for the risks of PM…no different to Oestrogen if you read the warnings on your HRT.
As a footnote my nipples are pretty much where a woman’s are about 1/3rd up. Perhaps I am just weird?

Wow Tia, I have done a bit of research on the topic but still learned a lot from the article. And this was the best summery I have read on mtf breast options. When I am ready I am coming to you as my expert, you know that right?

Thank you ever so much, keep writing and I look forward to your next article.

the caffeine-estrogen interaction is actually rather interesting. all this time, I thought that Caffeine helped boost Estrogen. (now that I actually look into it, that study was done on Asain women). I’m too young to drink, and I refuse to even start smoking because of some trauma with my mother… but I do drink a lot of caffeinated drinks, so It’s gonna be rather hard for me to quit that. but I’d be damned if a little addiction like this is going to stop me.

I am a testament to the Vises hindering breast growth but the single largest factor in their development was the oriectomy. When I had that done they exploded. 14 months since and a cup size increase cannot be a farce. Good luch and thankz for sharing Huggz Tia

Hi, during the first few years of hormone therapy I quit alcohol and did lots of exercise. Initially I found that my breast growth was slow and I didn’t believe anything was happening in that department.

However eventually they did start to flourish and after about 5 years on hormones I had a reasonable amount of growth, but it wasn’t until the 10 years mark that I really started to fill out.

After 10 years I reached a b cup and then I had this strange period of time where I actually started to produce milk. I would wake up in the morning to find that my noodles had stuck to my pyjama top.

Not long after that I noticed the final stage of my breast growth where my nipples appeared to expand in size.

Since then they have not grown any further and look the same.

I would say my final result is ok, but one thing I always noticed was that because of my wider chest, there was always a slightly bigger gap between my breasts. However, this doesn’t really bother me and I am happy with the outcome.

I think I was right when I decided all those years ago to let the hormones do the work and stay away from breast implants

Your story is so common Joanne.. If I may share with you my own, was a lot like yours.. Up to my surgery, from Feb 4th 2018 to Feb 6th of last year I had relatively no growth. But after surgery,(I also had the oriectomy as well) they just took off. I went from a maybe- “B” to what they are now, a “D”. They are growing so fast my areolae/nipple cannot keep up stretching with them and discomfort in the form of sunburn is constantly present. It seems they have a mind of their own so I have said it many times, “You get what you get when your body decides to give it”. Giggles Congrats on a nice set and as always I hope they help you enjoy your journey more as mine do every time I move now . Huggz Tia

Glad to be here!! I’ve been on HRT for a year now (estrogen patch and progesterone pill)…and—by now–I’ve achieved about Tanner 3 level of breast growth. I should probably note that I’ve ALSO been using estrogen and progesterone creams. Now the latter–applied to the breasts–has resulted in a doubling of the nipple size (which I REALLY LIKE). It is not advised that the former be applied directly to the chest (presumably because it might have an adverse effect on the heart, but there SEEMS to be no problem applying it to the upper arm, shoulder…or even the inferior axillary (just below the armpit) area.

Like some others posted here, I’ve found that the L one is much larger than the R, but–based on previous experience–it seems that applying more of the cream on the “desired side,” will gradually “equalize” the two sides. I must say that when you wake up and see some VERY “legitimate” boobs in the mirror (or just gazing down!), it’s very satisfying.

Such a timely article for me, Tia! I started estradiol last night – the lowest dose to start b/c of age. I had been taking P-M for a couple of weeks and so glad I asked my endo! I was tempted to continue it b/c I have been suffering from male night sweats for a few years. I did take an OTC supplemnt for menopausal symptoms and it helped. But your article has convinced me to push for the orchi ASAP since I don’t want to stay on spiro. My K levels are already rising and I still want to eat things like spinach and bananas someday (giggle)!

Thank you so much! You’ve covered every topic I have been getting my own research on. I hadn’t heard of the saline/glycerine implants – that would be perfect as I absolutely would not do silicone.

    Hugs,
