I've been doing my best to find information on all the different possibilities for transitioning (female to male, specifically) by just google searching it, but I have to admit, it's really difficult and discouraging to trudge through all the irrelevant or redundant information to find what I'm really after. Are there any sites, books, contacts, or other resources that anyone could recommend to me? The more easily accessible the better, since I live in a rural area and it's hard to get to a lot of these resources. Online information is the best way for me to receive knowledge. However, that being said, I know it's not always that convenient and I will have to put in some effort and reach out more if I'm going to get all the info I need, so any and all resources will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help and support guys.
Xelyn,
Maybe you could get to a Transgender Community Conference. I was just looking at the Keystone Conference website. During 3-4 days they host specialists in just about everything one would need to transition well. Even DOCTORS, wow!! That one just happened, but there's many more this year. Here's a link to them from the Keystone website:

And for specific questions Keystone folks might help you with:

I hope you find the care you need.

I found this site today for myself. Says it's comprehensive but I don't know. Worth a try if you haven't seen it yet. http://www.transhealthcare.org/about/
