Emily,

I’m also in California and worked in a fairly conservative environment. I managed by wearing lose fitting sweaters in the fall and winter and keeping my suit coat on the rest of the year. It may have seemed odd to some people but no one ever said anything. Good luck.

When I was going through puberty I was diagnosed with gynecomastia. They put me on medication and unfortunately my b-sized breasts disappeared. My question is on HRT how long will it take for my breast to come back or do I go for augmentation. I want to be the person that I was born to be not what they made me. Thank you ladies for all the help ahead of time

@kellyann

It's hard to say KellyAnn.  Everyone responds differently to HRT.  I started experiencing breast tenderness around six weeks.  By three months I had small breast buds behind my nipples.  It took more than a year before I thought they might be noticeable.  Hiding them became difficult around two years.  Now I have a 38 C.  They don't look very big because I have shallow roots.  But they're still growing.  I hope they become more projected.  HRT is a marathon.  Not a sprint.  I'll consider a BA if they don't get much bigger after four years (about a year from now).

I should also add that I'm now fully out at work.  That went much better than expected.  I don't hide my boobs anymore!
