Thank You so much for sharing this Michelle and I hope everything is still going well. I'm just over a year from my BA after the first attempt was aborted due to the staff not reading my notes properly. Normal anesthetic doesn't work on me, something to remember for any girls who haven't been under the knife. It's worked out great as the hormone growth will have topped out more or less, and my ex- who had hers done the same day is delighted by the work done.
It's good to read up on what happens elsewhere and a bit sad that the frankenbra is still a thing. Jo hated that bit with a passion.
I have plans already if and when I get back on the hormones once the hormones do their own job to get DDD implants.
Its been five years since I had my breast augmentation and for me it was far more important than my GRS. I had a great surgeon, the cost was reasonable and I went from a B to a DD/E cup. For my body size this does not look out of place. In my experience (depending on when you start HRT) the average transwoman will not develop naturally large breasts. This is despite your family comparisons. I recommend that after 3 years if things have not gone as you want them to, start saving. It will change your life.
I am looking into getting a DDD boob job.
