Dear Santa,
I have been good this year, and I hope you don't forget me on Christmas Day. I tried my best to be helpful and nice, even when people were not nice to me. I won't feel bad if they get coal in their stocking. I do forgive them. I hope you think I deserve what I am asking for, it isn't much, just a few things I want under the Christmas Tree;
- a car
- a pair of diamond earings
- or a necklace
- pair of knee high black boots, you know the ones I look at on Amazon
- but most of all, could you make me the way I was suppose to be
I know that last one may never happen, well not in this life time, but if you talk to the big guy in the sky, can you tell him something, "This wasn't funny!"
Whatever I did to deserve this, a life that seems so wrong, I just hope and pray that, if what you create is perfect, then I was created a perfect transgender person. I will continue to follow my heart, and that this is the right path and journey you put me here for. Please forgive me if I am wrong, I know I am not, but most of all, forgive all those who say they know you better than I and hold resentment towards what you created.

So much hope in that list, Jas! I know there is purpose to our lives and being transgender. The journey is a marvelous one and is a gift that defies comprehension, but ours and ours alone to experience. It's that odd gift you get from the eccentric aunt who actually sees through all the crap and knows just exactly what was needed. In the end is the most meaningful gift I've ever received and I'm still discovering the depth and breadth of it.

Thank you for that heartfelt Christmas Wish list. Transgendering in long and costly but can be done. Good luck, the time and the money I wish for thee. Bit early for Christmas but I wish you a Merry Christmas season and hope Santa fullfills your dreams.
