I was watching a documentary on H. P. Lovecraft and though I need the majority of the folks that were interviewed, Neil Gaiman, Ramsey Campbell, John Carpenter, etc., I did not know Caitlin Kiernan. So being the total geeky person that I came to accept long before anything else, I had to google and find out more about them. They are a very interesting person and would love to know if anyone has read any of their books and would recommend one?

Anyway, to answer your question, no I have not...
If you like horror or weird stories then you will like them. Neil Gaiman has written some very fun stories and more main stream than Campbell. And John Carpenter has directed some of my favorite films. And Lovecraft, well his influence is still felt across so many medias.
