Beyond looking for hook-ups as needed, what are some of the ways that your identification is integrated with your social life?
For me, somethings just happened and one thing led to another, as opposed to having a considered plan.
Currently:
- Attending weekly Women’s Chat Group
- Attending monthly Women’s Circle Meeting (an organization for lesbian small business owners, not a small business owner but they also like to have members who have had corporate careers)
- Attending monthly OLOC Meetings (Old Lesbians Organizing for Change)
- Attending women’s events, such as Palm Springs Women’s Week

I dont know where I stand anymore, it seems the whole rule book is torn up and now Im trying to piece together a new book. For now Im happy to say the Im confused at which label fits.

Give it time. It took decades to get to this point, so each step is not the work of a minute. However, each step is Progress, so be sure to recognize them and appreciate the fact that you did it...
