For almost a full year I have been taken off of my hormones and sincere judgement, as well as deadnaming, misgendering and religion has been shoved down my throat for the past two years and two months. I'm doing good ignoring the negitivtivity this year. Though with me ignoring the negitivtivity I am still feeling pretty dysphoric in the current struggles I have as of right now.

@cjj3941 Sorry to hear about what’s happening. Are you working with a therapist? Many here have found that to be helpful.

Sorry to hear that Christina, it is not as uncommon a story as it should be. Deadnaming/misgendering is more painful than people realise. You have the trans communitie's support and understanding...perhaps if you look at your current life situation there may be changes you can make that will improve things. That would be what I would do.

@cjj3941 One thing to keep in mind is that it is important to find a therapist that has experience in gender issues. Not everyone has that background.

Also, Psychology Today maintains a database on their web site of therapists all across the country. That may be helpful.

Ca you explain what you mean by interfering with your current plans?
