Dear Lauren Living as a woman -just as a woman? For the transwoman who don't pass and maybe never will pass, we don't worry about wearing pins. We have more to worry about. Let's say what if the Republicans gain control of all three branches of Government and looks like they will all transgender people should be concerned. If the GOP uses Project 25 as their guide one must read Chapter 14 Department of Health and Human Services to see what could be in store for the Transgender Community. My only hope is that we are not legislated out of existence.

@barbra  Hi Barbra, replying to your post is quite difficult.  This last week has been equally very difficult.  My reaction to the US election results have been so emotionally overwhelming that I haven't even been able to post anything.

I live in Canada, Victoria BC, one of the safest and trans friendliest places on the planet, but I fear so greatly for all my sisters in The States.  I am an intersex person, so things are a bit different for me, as I am biologically a female.  For my trans sisters, there is quite a lot of info online about what you can do in view of the upcoming troubles that could evolve from the orange buffoon's attempt to take over the country, take a look for it and hopefully you can ease the anxiety and fear we all feel.

I wish you well, and lets not give up hope.

Hugs,

Ms. Lauren M
