First off this isn't a sexual conversation.

Before I totally opened up to my wife, I was able to preform now, I think and act like the woman I am and I no longer even get aroused.

Just wondered if this is normal or if others have this issue.

I have not started HRT so that isn't the issue

Well Lacey, I guess it could be normal. But normal is so subjective.... It might be something you want to talk to a doctor or other medical professional about. It would be a shame to think it is one thing, and then find out that ultimately it was something completely different, and far worse. You might even discover something about your current state of being that you never imagined..... It may be worth a try.... Michelle

I don't regret it...I have full body ones now... Just not the real big one. I'm pretty sure it's a mind thing but, as I said, just wondered if anyone experienced this... My doc tells me I'm fine BTW

Not yet on HRT here, either, but I have noticed a great difference in what arouses me. Decades ago, it was tough to get a flat tuck, but now it's easy, and with just regular panties. I used to get aroused by some women just in public, but now it's not the case. Even in times when a CIS BFF and I are getting ready, seeing them in lingerie (or less) doesn't do it. But, I can't say the same thing when it comes to men. 😉

As they say, "normal is just a setting on a dryer". And with all personal experiences, YMMV. Since your doc said that you are fine, I wouldn't worry about it.
