Our friend and sister Wendie Cross passed away on Nov 15th 2023. She was a gentle and encouraging soul and blessed everyone who came to know her.

One of her close friends, Barbie shared a few words:

”Wendie was the kind of friend that everyone wishes they had. I thank God that she was my friend and now I asked God to take care of her.”

Please take a moment to reply to this post and share a loving few words about Wendie.

@vanessaΒ

Wendie was loved by all, although I saw her infrequently, she added joy to our public chat room. She never had an ill word to say to anyone.

Just a day or so before she passed, Wendie told us she was very happy at being able to visit with her friend Christina.

It was nice having Wendie here for a couple weeks . We went and over cleveland together seeing everything just like a couple young girls. Even went to church together felt blessed. Talking about everything we got to know each other. She went back to Mississippi to get things together to move to Tennessee because cleveland Tennessee is more friendly for cross dressing. She told me her health problem she didn’t know how long she had to live and she wanted to be able to enjoy it more. I am going to miss her, she was just like a sister to me.

@christinagirlΒ You two made a cute couple. Wendie loved you very much. When your tears, because of your lose, finally start to slow down, remember that she still loves you.

@vanessaΒ  Wendie was one of my friends here on TGH we didn't chat often but it was always a pleasure when we did. So shocked when I heard of her passing. She will live on in our memories. A sad loss.

Wendie always had a kind word. She made me feel like more than "a chat friend." She made me feel like a part of her life experience.

I will miss her.

Wendie would help people and they wouldn't know they were even being helped. She helped me once when nobody else would. Rest in peace my dear friend
