Hello,my name is Korey and I am a post op transsexual.Had my gender corrective surgery in April and happy with the result.Tried to overcome the feelings feeling I was a woman trapped in a man's body over the years.One was my time in the military,8 years in the Marines.Finally 3 years ago I could not do it anymore and came out deciding to transition.Still married to my wife whom is still in my life which I have 3 sons with whom are 14,16 and 18.It was tough for my sons at first,it took time for them to adjust to dad is a woman now.I don't regret doing this at all and now happy as a woman
Thank you Korey for your introduction. I hope you can share your insight of what you went through before your transition, and hopefully help those of us to get an idea of what to expect in the future.

I made it through the surgery in April.Wife and my sons say I have a new lease on life.My mom,it was tough for her at first after I came out.She has done a great job accepting the changes knowing her only child is now a daughter that replaced an unhappy son.
