I am desperate to enlarge my breasts. I have been using a dual electric breast pump (several hours tonight), and my nipples are really long and sore. Although I need a bra for support, my boob volume is still disappointing.
I really want to induce lactation.

Valerie, I've been on HRT for a few years, and at my age (64) the growth has been a bit; noticeable, but not to the degree I want in the end. So I will have to do surgery later this year. But HRT is what I have always known would be a catalyst for breast development. I don't recall hearing anyone have any lasting results from breast pumps.
As for the other, I've read where that does happen with some, but I have always gotten the impression that it is kind of rare. That might be a good topic of discussion with your doctor though. Michelle
