Can Trans Women Produce Breast Milk

Hi,

This is Alice. I have been reading a lot of the posts and articles in TGH. I finally muster the courage to introduce myself.

My significant other and I are planning to have a baby. I would like to be able to share the duty to breast feed our child.

Has anyone been able to breastfeed please?  How did you get the production?  What is your experience?  What happened to our breasts when we stop breastfeeding?  Love to learn from you.
