I've just moved here and have no idea where to look in terms of finding support for my transition, it's Melbourne so I know there would be heaps but finding ones that bulk bill or are cheap and close by is difficult. Hoping I can get some advice?

You can search for other Australian members by clicking on Social in the menu and then Member Directory. That will put you at the search utility.
Also, please take some time to complete your Profile page. It's a good way for other members to get to know you and you can update your Profile as you move forward, conditions change, etc.
