I'm a 51 year old who is a month into my transition (m2f). Here for support and education. I am currently self medication (I know the risks), but may decide to proceed medical supervision at a future date. Iβm not a fan of a dr telling me what i can and canβt do.

Chastity, waiting til the future can be after permanent harm gas been done when self medicating of any kindΒ and definitely HRT.Β If you're having trouble with your doc working with you there are always others even if it mean going to another city.Β Ask around with your local trans sisters.Β They'll know the scoop.Β I wish you the best, but for your own health urge you to get under Dr's care.
