Hi everyone,
‘I joined a few weeks ago it have been focused on some upcoming surgeries which happened last Friday so now as I recover in my plumped lifted lips, cheek implants, wide open eyes and balancing precariously on my new enhanced butt I thought it was about time to say hello to everyone.
These have been my first surgeries where I permanently changed aspects of my appearance to hopefully start to see myself looking back from the mirror instead of that guy who has been string back for the last 45 years, am I happy yes, am I sore, yes but it’s so worth it.
I came to this journey probably like most of you, trying on moms clothes, to cross dressing, to purging to yadayadayada.
What the future holds, o one knows, I have worked hard, given myself a good income, found security, loved and lost and now ready to love again.
im looking forward to getting to know some new friends, maybe find a special friend or love, maybe help others stepping into their own journey and hopefully find mentors and people to grow with.
love to everyone, our community is small so we should support each other.
Martina XO
Hi Martina! Congrats on your surgeries and other successes! That's inspiring to hear other trans sisters being successful and finding happiness. Next year I'm slated for FFS/BA so it'd be fun to chat with you sometime about how that went for you. I live in MN, love art, aspire to become an Interior Designer and am married to a loving partner.
Welcome to TGH, Martina! We're glad you found your way here to share with us. I recently visited 2 friends who were in the Philly area, each recovering from surgery. One had just had GCS the other FFS. I can say I empathize as an observer as to the incredible determination needed to go through what you have to be who you feel you are. If I were close by I'd give you a gentle hug.
We are a small, yet strong group and we are at our best when we love and support each other. We welcome you to this wonderful place of sharing to help facilitate those bonds.
Hugs, Ambassador Cloe
