As we begin to sort out our gender identity, it can be very confusing. Part of that confusion is that this is all uncharted territory. We’ve never been down this road before. Many here have found that working with a therapist has been quite helpful. However, one point to remember is that not everyone has experience with gender issues, so find a person who does.
