I'm a trans femme 6 months out and i just am trying to find other souls that are similar to me in that regard... got kicked out for not wanting to do the military and stuff's been hard. I was 18 and moved out after covid, had to move back in, got a car lease and came out and then my mom kicked me out telling me it was all an excuse. I still do really find interest in more "masculine" things like my music (punk and hardcore) style (scene goth) and attitude and hobbies like gaming or my art which tends to not be "feminine."
I just kinda want to see if i'm the only one out there or if that's just my paranoia wanting me to freak out over nothing
Gibby, sorry I can't be of too much help, but if I assume you are on HRT and have been working with a therapist or counselor, my first inclination is that you discuss a lot of this with them. I'm not sure what the 'excuse' is your mom may be referring to. Your interests probably don't have as much to do with transitioning as you may think. The music one enjoys, or the hobbies one pursues is irrespective of any gender. Those things run the gamut... Michelle
