- I’m 24, just figuring out who I truly am. I am FTM that means female to male...I’m transgender. I’m just starting my transition process. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. I do not have a support system other than my girlfriend and her sister.

Welcome to TGH, we are glad to have you here! I am also ftm and around the same age, so if you need a friend to add to your support system then I'd be more than happy to fill that role.
