Many members here have consulted a professional therapist. This is all uncharted territory and a therapist can help with understanding what is going on for you. However, a key point is finding a therapist with experience in gender issues as not everyone has that background.
As far as this site is concerned, I suggest that you complete your Profile Page. It really helps other members to understand what is happening for you, what your goals are, what’s difficult, etc.
