Gabi, since I'm in the US, I'm not sure my info on the before and during could help much. I have had one back in October of 2019, so I can at least tell you about how things went after surgery. But you may want to look in Places --> Local Places on our site and see if you can find the resources you may find helpful. Or in Social --> Member Directory to find members close to you that you could reach out to. I hope this helps, Michelle

Hi Michelle thanks for your reply. I do have a couple questions if I may. How did things change after the surgery. As I'm a diabetic I'm trying to get off some the meds. Thanks Gabi
