Our sister organization CLK Events is hosting their cis- and transwoman reteat in vibrant Lancaster, PA from October 1 - 4, 2025 called Letting Go In Lancaster.
A Community of Women Supporting Women
This retreat offers a perfect balance of deep healing and relaxation. Half the day is dedicated to powerful practices like mindset, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing to help you release old patterns and reconnect with your true self. The other half is spent exploring Lancaster, enjoying the city’s vibrant atmosphere, dining, and shared experiences. In this intimate setting, you’ll form meaningful connections with other women, build lasting friendships, and share your journey. Together, we’ll laugh, support, and inspire each other every step of the way.

I've known the organizers at Keystone since last year, although I had more opportunities to interact with them this year, and they are wonderful women. I've participated in a few of their workshops and Zoom meetings, and they're always very helpful. Although it doesn't seem like my budget will allow me to accept their invitation this year, I'm going to participate in a pre-meeting. The truth is, you never know. Last year, I thought I wouldn't be able to go to Esprit, and I ended up doing it. Life often surprises me.
