I came up with this so I could keep track of all the stuff I needed to do where I live. I tried to pull out any of the stuff that applied to me specifically. Feel free to grab this for your own use, and make any suggestions of things that should probably be added. Hugs

@cjj3941 That's fantastic. The National Center for Transgender Equality has a webpage that has all sorts of name change info available, based on the state you live in. https://transequality.org/documents
I'd love to get hold of some links for similar type of info for other countries. Hugs
