Now that you have been a member for a bit, saw a bunch of stuff you’d like to get involved with, made a few friends you’d like to be able to privately chat with, have some pictures you’d like to post, and a million other things, you’ve decided to upgrade your account. And with the Copper, Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels that are available, there is a lot to choose from. But how do you do that…. It’s not hard, and this will help you get on your way there……
How to Upgrade Your Account
1) From the dropdown arrow next to your name at the top right corner of your Home page, select ‘Membership Account’ ….
2) From the next screen, select ‘Change’ under 'My Memberships'….
3) Then select ‘View all plans’ from the next screen. From here you can see the different membership plans ….
4) Then ‘Select’ the plan you are on, or wish to upgrade to ….
5) Then enter the required info, a discount code if you have one, and select ‘Apply’, followed by ‘Submit and Check Out’ and you are done ….
Don’t forget to check the Terms of Service and ‘I’m not a robot’ boxes too! And if you have questions about the Discount Code, well that is not a problem; just ask any of our helpful & courteous Staff and they can point to in the right direction. Billing should show up as 'TGH MERCHANT'.
