How to Reset Your Password

It happens to all of us. We get a new phone, or take a break for awhile and then when we return we find our password is nowhere to be found. Don't worry, it's easy to reset your password on Transgender Heaven to regain access to your account.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Select Login in the top right corner of the screen
2. On the Login Dialog, select Lost your password?
3. Enter either your username or email address and select Reset Password
4. Check your email in a few minutes for an email with the subject [Transgender Heaven] Password Reset
5. If the email doesn't arrive be sure to check your spam folder
6. Open the email and select the link to reset your password
7. Enter a new password or keep the automatically generated password
8. Select Reset Password
9. Important: Navigate back to https://transgenderheaven.com
10. Login with your new password

Open the password reset from Transgender Heaven

Keep the default password (Recommended especially if you use a password manager), or choose a new password.

Don't forget to navigate back to https://transgenderheaven.com before you login with your new password
