I'm getting really frustrated sourcing a surgeon for breast augmentation and vaginoplasty. The ones I find want all the cost up front or they don't except my insurance.

most insurance won't cover breast surgery, but will cover bottom surgery. I'm in the same boat in the same relative area (South Jersey)

My insurance is different. Will cover BA and bottom surgery, but won't cover laser or electrolysis except in prep for bottom surgery. If they gave me only one option, I'd probably opt for the less expensive hair removal than the hugely expensive surgeries! Oh well...
One of the best gender affirming surgeons in the country is at NYU Langone - not too far from you. Langone has a long list of accepted insurance. Hope this helps.
