I have heard and read a fair amount of women complaining about testosterone.

It seems like most everyone who complains it seems that it impacts their emotions in a negetive way. I am really starting to wonder if my anger is thanks to T. Or atleast how I can get agresa and stupid stuff and then have a hard time "coming down" from being angery.

Can T be lowered by drinking spearmint tea? Some say that... anyone confirming it or?

If you are concerned with the levels of T in your system . It can cause higher levels of anger and such . Cis-woman have T in their systems as well , but in very low dose .

You will need to lower you T so the E will have a calm effect on your mind . How often do you see a Endconinogoist ?

When I was transitioning ever 6 months I had to find out my levels so my family doctor was able to adjust my med's .

Answer to the tea , no it will not lower the T levels , but it will relax and calm the mind . Fennel tea will though . But if you are on HRT , be careful on the amount of tea you drink .
