@gee I prefer A-line skirts and pretty blouses. I prefer pantyhose and a pair of cute shoes. I prefer a gorgeous dress and nice jewelry. I wear jeans and leggings and sneakers and flats and t-shirts or henleys. Go figure.

I need to get out more LOL.

@cherylinpa Shooties with no socks or preferably black hose, maxi, and blouse. Still trying to figure it all out. Mostly I like boho styles.

@blakephoenix Good for you. Style is so personal and changes over time. I can attest to that. I've been dressing for a very long time. At first everything had to be ultra sexy. Nothing but garter belts, stockings high heels and short skirts. Then I knew I'd have to change because I wanted to venture out and not look like I was searching for my corner at midnight.ย

A lady in our group said my style at the time was "Corporate Naughty". I thought that was so funny, but actually so right on. I loved skirts and blouses with heels and hose. Classy, but edgy and a bit sexy.ย

Now, older, I dress differently. More casual due to our area but also more Classic. Things change, we change, our tastes change. It's the way of the world.

@gee I prefer skirts and tops but wear pretty much everything. I love leggings with heels or flats with a camisole or long tip. I have lots of dresses I enjoy and several stretch jeans that look nice with heels as well. I still prefer stockings over pantyhose but wear both.

@jillleanne I have Leviโ€™s 311 and wear them out a lot, boy tops. I wear padding and a girdle/waist trainer to give me a better shape. I have 2โ€ and 3โ€ brown leather booties to go withโ€ฆ

@gee That's an open question !! Depends where i am and what I'm doing. I will admit, without supervision i will go slutty!.ย  That said i try to be respectful of my environment and dress appropriately. I'm not going to dress my age. A lot of women of my age appear to dress in shapeless clothes. I'm not doing that... I aim for elegant & i hope i hit the mark.

All of that to say heels, skirt / blouse or dress... i hae one pair of jeans and flats and have been known to wear them ๐Ÿ™‚

@gee For me, it's all about comfort and wearing what is generally found around me, and in the setting I will be in. Granted, we have all seen the various 'odd' outfits that seem to show up in the 'Walmart pictures', but I just cannot see myself standing out like a sore thumb in Walmart, dressed in an evening gown, heels, and a tiara on my head. Just doesn't fit me. Or even around the house for that matter. Kinda hard to do housework dressed like that either. Hugs

Hmm ? Well,,, it really depends on if theres perhaps a special occasion to what it is,, to know what to choose to wear ?? Are you talking about a wedding ? A date night ? Gurls night out with other gurls & or gg-girls ? Now for me,,, just in General these are the type of clothing you [ wont ] ever see me wearโ€™ jeans&Sneakers/t~shirts I tend to want to wear,,, definitely more feminine and girly style clothes๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿšป๐Ÿšบ๐Ÿ‘  like for example: Skirts/blouses dresses high heels that dont necessarily have to be,, that high lol for this Gurl/me,, stockings with the wearing of some sort of a garter belt ย & or girdle with the straps to hold-up my stockings & of the wearing of a gaff so for this Gurl the more feminine the better for me/Kara ๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿšป๐Ÿšบ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Hum,
I didn't vote. I live out on a farm. And have to be around farm equipment and a lot of other things. So I have to spend a lot of time in female jeans and a top. Sometimes shorts leggings love them. And yes I do have a few dresses for the right time.

I checked dresses as l love them and have well over 50 of them. Skirts of all lenghts come in as a good second place. However I mostly go in stretch jeans and a nice top or blouse for daily wear.

@brigetย  I--too--though I'm not much "dressing out in public" yet. I might add that, for awhile, I was very anxious about searching for/buying feminine attire, but--later-on--I kinda decided "To hell with it; it's no one else's business!! (and "Life is too short!!!"). And, this process needn't be expensive: Lots of good dresses and other items are to be had at thrift stores and swapmeets. Of course, you have to be careful about sizes. It seems that women's clothing is NOTORIOUS for having strange/inaccurate sizes. I generally take a tape-rule and sample items to compare (and have made MUCH better choices lately.

Oh, the DT Macy's (Los Angeles) is closing, and all of the women's clothing is now labeled 10% of the original price, though by last weekend, it was pretty "slim pickins." Still, I DID get about six nice pieces (and was only "out" about $40)!! My brand of panties was $1.25 each, and some blouses were around $5 each, with some robes & dresses going for $15.

Yep, lots of fun (and you won't "break the bank!!")!!

I like skirts that show off my butt, It's ashame I'm too scared to let anyone but my mirror see it. I'm working up the courage to get some dresses.
