I am somewhat surprised that current location appears to be more significant than permanent billing address. Perhaps you might press someone a bit and ask for the specifics. Sometimes it may not be a specific requirement, but something that makes the processing easier for someone.

Also, the Psychology Today magazine has a searchable database of therapists on their web site. There may be some that you haven’t checked yet. Have you asked about the possibility of Saturday hours? Might be worth a shot…
