Many here have found great benefit from working with a therapist. Due to fears and anxiety, we often find it difficult to stay focused and think about what we need to think about. A therapist will help you work through whatever issues come up. However, it is important to find a therapist who has experience in gender issues. Not everyone has that interest and experience.
I encourage you to complete your Profile page. It’s a great way to state how things are for you, what you are thinking about, key learnings, next steps, etc. It also helps others understand your situation.
