Hi, Lisa.  I am so happy you joined us here at TGH.  I hope you find the site to be friendly, safe, and educational.  There is much insight and advised to be gained from members.  We are in all stages of transition, from first considering to years post op.

Please feel free to join in the chat room and make some friends.  Usually, good advice can be found.  Also, look through the many forum locations and articles.   Above all, don’t hesitate to ask.  I hope to see you in chat soon.
