Welcome Jae, I just recently came out and can truly say that I wish I had done so long ago.  I am working on the transition plans to to living and working at my job fulltime as a woman. I have received nothing but genuine support and admiration from the staff where I work – almost 95% women. I have never felt so free in my entire life, so my words to you are…  Be You and don’t let anything get in your way!
