What you’ve hit upon is the power of visibility and the thing is that it manifests itself in ways that we would not have guessed. It provides a data point for others. It is a yardstick by which they can measure themselves. Hopefully, the thought process is “If she can do that, then I should be able to (XYZ)…”. Just as we stand on the shoulders of those who can before, others will stand on our shoulders and do things that we would not have imagined. It is how we pass it along…
