All i can suggest is;

a. lots of foreplay, e.g. get your head out of that zone and be entirely immersed in their moment.

b. absolutely focus on your partner, to the point your at are the point of feeling you have meshed both your nervous systems (there’s nothing wrong with experiencing love making vicariously)

b. be in control at least the first time, just to build your confidence.

c. don’t look (e.g. lights off), that’s what sheets/blankets are for.

But honestly no two answers are going to correct, it’s just too personal to everyone, but as a simplistic answer see the above.

Also you didn’t mention if your partner is a man or a woman? Which will have lot bearing on the whole situation / experience.

Not to mention if your a top or a bottom.

either way I hope it works out for you both (and don’t forget to use protection and preferably both of you get tested in-advance).
