….New York to highlight IBM’s plan to invest $20 billion across the state’s Hudson Valley region over the next 10 years. IBM said that the goal of the investments is to expand the technology ecosystem in New York — creating job opportunities — and to “unlock new discoveries and opportunities in semiconductors, computers, hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence and quantum computers.”
