Typically MAC Cosmetics, Ulta Beauty and Sephora have good national reputations regarding support for the trans community, but that may not be entirely universal. Usually they will either charge for the makeover or require a certain level of product purchases. If you are a loyalty program member of one of the stores, that can also help. I have been MAC Obsessed for several years now. That is the highest level of their program which includes some free makeovers during the year.
