well not sure about your situation but I was dressing privately, n   changing every time o needed gas or run to store..it drove me nuts. finally early November i said fuck it n just started living ad missy 98%..all  but mom.

I’m soo much happier n less stressed. trust me dear, we are harder on ourselves than society will be. just try to blend. you’ll be fine
