Are you connected with the trans community in your area? That is a great way to meet people and get to know what is going on in the community. It is very easy for us to feel isolated and that helps no one. You may also find that LGBT organizations may also be doing online support and social gatherings. Some have found this to be a great help in easing scheduling and/or transportation issues.
You can look for other members in you area by checking our Member Directory. Click on Social in the Menu and then Member Directory.
I also suggest that you complete your Profile page. It helps others to understand your situation and what you are dealing with. Your page will always be readily accessible and you may update it at any time if something changes for you.
