Hello, Madini, and welcome. I know very little about Indonesia and I suspect that will also be true of many ladies here. This makes it difficult for most of us to give any intelligent and accurate advice about pursuing a gender transition in your country. You describe Indonesia as “conservative” and “religious.” Those two things usually do not indicate a society that is generally tolerant of trans people. If you cannot identify doctors and other services in Indonesia which support trans people, you may have to look outside your country – to Thailand, for example, where a number of doctors and clinics provide support for trans women and trans men.
