For gym work a sports bra is pretty much essential and can be worn under a loose t-shirt with or without a tight top depending on the gym.
But for day to day work wear I went with a light underwired bra which provided some support and, I believe, improved my breast shape.
I transitioned at work and started wearing normal bras immediately. The difference was night and day hence my support comment above. The only issue I had was staff uniform until it was redesigned to reflect an expanding and aging workforce. The point is that looser clothing is becoming more common apart from the younger employees sometimes. That helps a lot. I hope things are going well for you. My company had a zero tolerance to harassment and sexist behaviour – sadly the women managers were the worst offenders so the senior management just ignored any issues. Then we unionised and things changed very rapidly after that.
