I too had that problem as I was a full 36C cup growing up. There were no binders available then so I had to use ace bandages to stop their jiggle. After many years I realized that I looked more woman than man and I transitioned at work. Now my only issue is very prominent nipples that poke through most tops. I too solved it with silicon petals. Of course some times you want them to poke through. They are a magnet for mens eyes.
