I often remind people that our journey towards being and understanding who we are is not the work of a minute. It is also important to know that we do not “become” transgender. We are from the beginning, but often it takes some time to realize it.
Isolation is a terrible thing and it impacts many in the community. Try a search string such as:

Hopefully that will get you started and you can expand the search from there. During the pandemic a number of LGBT centers did social and support groups inline and perhaps some sill do.
In the meantime, you may search our Member Directory for other members in your area.. Click on Social in the menu and then Member Directory.
