I feel ya on the “a lot on your plate” thing. Me, too. Sounds like you could use a counselor to talk to about your life right now. I just called on one today. Felt good to chat to someone for an hour about so much stuff. From being discriminated against at school, on the job and around town to dealing with my partner who’s suffering from fibromyalgia to politics to having a judge deny my right to have my name on my marriage certificate and now what…I get it.
