I like all the comments about just take a deep breath, and go about your business like you have been doing it forever. We do tend to over-worry and over-think things too much. Other people have too much of their own issues in life to give two spits about us anyway And if they have a problem; well, I guess it’s ‘their’ problem. A little ‘mind over matter’; I don’t mind, because they don’t matter. Yes, they matter, as do we all, but that helps me just relax and go about my day as if I’m the last woman on earth.
