They started out providing HIV/AIDS treatment about 30 years ago, but have evolved into a full health care center for the LGBT community with medical care, mental health care, dental care and connection to social services.

Since 2017 they have helped trans people navigate the healthcare system, have organized support groups and provided mental health and hair removal services.
