I was my moms  caretaker  for 8 years.I put my transition on hold because my priorities  became making her life enjoyable.She lived until 94.  I cooked , cleaned and took her shopping. We used to have themed dinners.I called dinner with Sinatra and  friends. I’ve been told by others that I did the best I could. Now I’m.5 months on HRT and very happy and satisfied.  Welcome and enjoy the journey.
