I suspect that there are many here that understand your situation with your ex-wife and daughter. It seems to be potentially a mine field. Hopefully some can share their experiences, plus and minus, as lack of success can often teach us as much as success can. It may also help to seek some legal advice as geographically we are a bit of a patch work. It often comes down to exactly who is doing the judgements and their slant on the trans community.
