At 48 I decided it should be all about Sarah. I Came out to my family and accepted who I truly am. After 2 years of being divorced and single im openly starting my journey. I’m scared and nervous about it all, but I’m excited about being comfortable in my body and mind. Im looking for a counselor and loking forward to being Sarah. If I can’t love myself for who I truly am, then I can’t be truthful and loving with someone else.

      Sarah:

Scared an nervous are natural reactions. Fortunately it isn’t every day that we jump into something that is totally unknown. We are all different in how we respond to significant changes, so that can be quite a variable.

However, one thing remains true. We know that we do not want to live in our previous situation and that is the driver.

Please complete your Profile page when time permits. It can really give other members a sense of who you are and your path. It is also a living document in that you can update it at any time.

If you like, you can also search for other members in Washington State by clicking on Social in the menu and then Member Directory. That will place you at the search utility.
