Dysphoria: what to do about my hands?

It’s really hard to not to look at your hands, or see them out of the corner of my eyes, and so on…all day long. So, what do I do? Pink hand warmers seem like a good idea or fingerless pink winter gloves. But they’re not impractical all the time. Any suggestions?
